Long time now write :)

Well I should update this a bit more I presuming - however we both managed to meet up last week - woohoo.  It has certainly been a while since we last met, too long in both our opinions

My pain threshold is currently nondescript, feel like I've gone back a few years in that regard

So it was a lightish session, commenced by a rather nice walk in some woods where I learnt the lesson of my failure to stop swearing.  couldn't believe it slipped out a few times!

Still looking for a meet where I might actually fit in, considering the disaster of my last one, I've lost the little bit of confidence I did have
