Well I'm trying to work on saying more but I feel a bit like a rabbit caught in headlights as I'm not entirely sure what to say and then convince myself no-one would want to know, which is probably a bit of a get out

Colour is getting better, but I have to make try and make it more of the norm - not just when we're meeting up etc

We did meet up last week which was really good - its like being in a time warp as the time just literally flies by.
